SHIPPING INFO / RETURN POLICY

 

Shipping and Delivery:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note: If you place an order after 5 PM PST on a Friday, your order may not ship until the following Monday.

  • Free standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail on all orders over $500. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Tracking will be provided when available.
  • Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please email us for details.
  • International orders ship for a flat rate of $20. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.

Lost or Stolen Orders

  • If there is proof of delivery (e.g., delivery confirmation, signature, or photo proof), we are not responsible for lost or stolen products.
  • Orders with proof of delivery will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

In-Store Return Policy:

CAMI AND JAX is happy to offer exchange or store credit on all unworn, non-sale items purchased at our retail boutique within 14 days of the original purchase, with a receipt.

Online Return Policy:

CAMI AND JAX gladly accepts returns for exchange, store credit, or refund on any non-sale items purchased through our website.

Return Conditions:

  • All swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and hygiene strip in place.
  • Exchanges and returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Refunds to the original form of payment will have all shipping costs deducted from the refund total.
  • There is no restocking fee.
  • Shipping costs will be waived for exchanges and store credit refunds on U.S. orders.
  • For international returns/exchanges, shipping costs will be deducted.

Our stock is limited, so to begin the exchange process and reserve your replacement, please email us ASAP at info@camiandjax.com!

Final Sale Items:

A small number of items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

FINAL SALE items include:

  • Permanently reduced items purchased in-store, online, and at trunk shows/sample sales.
  • Temporary promotional discounts do not apply to Final Sale items.
