OUR MISSION
We are a women-owned, self started luxury swimwear line out of Los Angeles. We are athletes who put our swimwear to the test. We are hands on, people-first designers that create a lasting connection with everyone we meet.
OUR PRODUCT
Product Manufacturing
Since our inception 8 years ago, we have worked with the same manufacturer. Based in Bali, a place near and dear to the CAMI AND JAX designers, the women-owned factory is rooted in shared values: gender equality, ethically produced resources, and fair wages.
We partner with an all-in-one factory to reduce our carbon footprint of materials being shipped to multiple locations. Product is meticulously cut in a way to produce the least amount of fabric waste possible.
It’s no coincidence that CAMI AND JAX isn’t sold on every ecommerce site and swimwear shop — overproduction increases the risk of product waste. Each collection is exclusively made in small batches sold directly from our website or storefront.
Packaging
You may notice your swimwear comes in an off-white canvas pouch. That’s because we use only sustainable packaging — save it! It can be upcycled for various uses like packing organization in your closet or suitcase when traveling.
OUR MATERIALS
Our days are mostly spent in the ocean and in nature. We see the daily effects of waste pollution every single day and are always looking for ways to improve our environmental responsibility.
We are so excited to introduce our latest collection this Summer 2022. The material used combine the high quality nature of our swimwear with the eco-friendly and sustainability stamp of approval. ECONYL is 100% regenerated Nylon yarn. Instead of ending up in a landfill, these post-consumer waste materials — such as fishing nets and carpet fluff — are recovered and regenerated into perfect-fit swimwear.
